Orders
Can I order a watch to try it out?
Sure. Buying online makes a lot of things easier, but physical contact with your new watch is not replaceable.
As you would in a traditional point of sale, we advise you to handle your Neucarl with care, to put it on its microfiber between two manipulations, and to use the bracelet with particular care so as not to leave any traces.
Indeed, the possibility of trying does not imply wearing the watch for 30 days :)
You have the option of ordering, exchanging or returning your watch for free, and we will cover the shipping and return costs. More info on the Shipping page
Can I request customizations for my watch?
If it is a product open to pre-orders, you can contact us before purchase to assess your request. In the case of a watch in stock, customization cannot be offered.
What are pre-orders?
We sometimes start taking orders for new watches before they go into production. This allows us to confirm the interest of this product and to provide the appropriate quantities. In exchange for a waiting period varying from a few weeks to a few months, you can benefit from a discount on your pre-order.
What does Backorder mean?
Sometimes certain products are temporarily out of stock. Nevertheless, you can be authorized to place an order, and be delivered within the time indicated on the product sheet.

Deliveries/Returns
How do I track my package?
When your order ships, you will be notified by email and will receive a tracking link to track your package on the DHL website.
What is the delivery delay ?
It depends on your country of residence. Deliveries to France generally arrive in 24-48 hours. Orders to Europe, 48h. International deliveries usually take between 2 and 7 days. Full details will be provided to you in follow-up emails.
Can I return or exchange a watch?
Sure. You can exchange or return a watch up to 30 days after your purchase. Please contact us to find out how to proceed or see the Returns page.

What guarantees does Neucarl offer?
All of our products are backed by a two-year warranty, protecting you against any design or manufacturing defects. Our movements are covered by a 5-year warranty. In any case, rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, without date limit.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can use all major payment cards as well as the Klarna split payment service, free of charge. You can also choose to pay by bank transfer. In this case, your order will be shipped upon receipt of the transfer (2 to 5 working days, usually)
